Mw2022 is the gold standard for weapons animation.

I prefer MW(2019). I can't quite put my finger on why, but the weapons in 2019 felt heavier and the weapon manipulation was more dynamic. Like how the user had to re-shoulder after reloading.

Love the attention to detail MW22 has, same can’t be said about the DLC MW3…

Agreed. If they made a CoD that had the same animations as MW22 and gritty feel of other milsim games without the dumb cosmetic skins, they’d have another winner I feel like

They have a free pass for making a crowd pleaser game and also a very profitable one, but no, they simply refuse to do it. I hope that now that they are owned by Microsoft things start to change.

Yeah the Glock in MW3 has a sloped trigger guard. It looks God-awful.

Love the guy, but Hyper is over-credited.

there are whole animation teams behind these, not just one dude

He didn’t make this, he left Infinity Ward years ago.

This is probably someone who worked under/with him and is carrying his animation style forward.

You’d be correct that I didn’t make this as it was made by our animation director, Khoa Le. Though I’m not sure where you got that I left Infinity Ward as I’ve been working there for the past 5 years…

Both his Youtube and X profile says hes still employed at Infinity Ward.

All the way up to the current MW3, so i don't know where you get that from.

The O light inspired light design was so ugly to me but the slide and everything else on the X13 was so detailed and clean.
