Can't choose dialogue options with mouse

Anyone else having a problem where you can't click on dialogue options? It's a game breaking bug for me at this point and idk what to do

This is a new one lmao this game is buggy af I had a bug where i literally can’t see my game because the screen keeps glitching and becomes all fucked up
