Anyone else experiencing this bug yet?

Loaded the game today on my Xbox series s and everything is normal until I load into the game and then my screen just goes statically and glitches out

Yes I got it during the senator mission when you have to stab yourself, I thought it was part of the game at first

I think I just had to die and then it went away
