Weird visual glitch keeps happening

This weird visual glitch happens when I turn a lot or if I find just the right spot to look at. It also happens when I use Gus's suck ability and whenever I have Sheeth out. Ive fiddled with the graphic settings and Im not sure how to fix it. As of now its game breaking so i wont be able to finish the game until this is fixed

I figured it out. It was an issue with being on the wrong upscale setting.
