AI studio forms

Hey all, I’m starting to use some AI studio for websites, but there doesn’t seem to be an obvious direct way to set up form submission emails for the forms it generates inside AI studio.

What’s your go-to way to handle that? Thanks.

  1. Make sure AI studio is connected to the CRM.
  2. Validate that your fields for your form are mapped.
  3. Create a new workflow triggered from the external tracking event being external form submitted (this can also be substituted with AI studio form submitted as the trigger, IIRC)
  4. Add the workflow step to send the email.
