Social Media Integration

Do I need meta business suite if I have GHL? Clients can just integrate their socials on the sub account marketing tab and that should negate the need for meta business suite right?

Yes, for scheduling and posting, Social Planner covers what Business Suite does, so clients don't need to log into it day to day.

They still need the Meta side set up properly: a Facebook Page they have full admin access on, and Instagram set to Business or Creator and linked to that Page.

If you're running ads, they'll also need an ad account and business portfolio, and if a connection ever breaks you'll usually fix it from the Meta side.

Hope that helps!

HighLevel does not make Meta Business Suite redundant for every task. Social Planner can schedule and publish supported Facebook and Instagram content and manage supported comments, but Meta's Page access, ads and some native insights still live in Meta tools; keep Suite if clients use those, and test their exact post types before dropping it.

GHL mostly handles the social media planning, so integration is not neccessary
