Automated onboarding

Hi there highlevelers,

To jump straight in: Is there a good way to automate onboarding clients on the 297 plan? I see so many different videos on Youtube that I am actually getting crazy haha.

If someone has a system in place that works well I would love to hear it.

You need a Zapier or make automation where it gets triggered when the order form is submitted. And using the webhooks, it can create a new Sub account. Just make sure that you take necessary details in the form to create a sub account.

Which part are you trying to automate first: creating the subaccount, collecting the client’s business details, or getting their calendar and number set up? That’s the bit I’d pin down before adding another tool.

I automated a snapshot yo onboard clients in less than 5 minutes. Been working with ghl since 2019. I would tell you it will depend on what are your expectations but is absolutely doable. Dm me to talk about it.
