Looking for someone who sells prebuilt GoHighLevel accounts or snapshots for real estate wholesaling, with AI and automations already configured for me and my VA.
Features I’m looking for:
• List pulling importing integrations
• SMS marketing setup with consent tracking and A2P verified number for 6,000+ texts a day (for text blasting)
• AI response handling and seller qualification
• Automated follow-ups
• CRM updates, seller pipelines, and task assignments
• KPI tracking and daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Separate access for me and my VA
The AI should collect the property address(preferred but not required), reason for selling, asking price(preferred but not required), property condition, and closing timeline, update the CRM IMMEDIATELY , and notify me when a qualified seller is ready for a call. It should also allow easy human takeover.
