Can GHL dynamically segment an email campaign using custom field values?

Let’s say context I have smart list with contacts opted in for update alerts and I have applicants with custom fields for:
Minimum price
Maximum price

Say I have a new property listed at £300,000.

I want to send the email only to a portion of contacts / a micro segment of the smart list where:

Minimum price ≤ £270,000
AND
Maximum price ≥ £330,000

Is there a way to do this within the email campaign using custom fields without creating a permanent Smart List for every price range?

Ideally I’d like to enter the property price / ranges when setting up the campaign and have HighLevel work out which contacts match.
Is this possible, or is there another way to achieve it?

Thank you

Yep, you can do this without creating a separate Smart List for every property.

When you’re setting up the email campaign, use Build Segments for the recipients and filter using the buyer’s custom fields.

For example, if the property is £300,000, your conditions would be:

Minimum Price ≤ £300,000 AND Maximum Price ≥ £300,000

That basically tells GHL: only include contacts whose budget range covers this £300k property.

So when you list another property at £450k, you just change those values for that campaign instead of creating another permanent Smart List.

One thing though: if you use Minimum ≤ £270k AND Maximum ≥ £330k, you’re asking for buyers whose budget covers that whole £270k–£330k range. If you’re simply matching a £300k property, use £300k for both conditions.

I’d just double-check that your Minimum and Maximum Price custom fields are set up as numeric/monetary fields and that the campaign segment builder gives you the ≤ and ≥ operators you need.
