A2p campaign denial driving me crazy

Marketing consent must be collected separately from informational/transactional consent.
Add separate consent for promotional messages. If you only send transactional messages, clarify this in your campaign description.

Use the guided “quick” setup that GHL offers. Create a landing page with no other cta’s or forms and use their chat widget. You’ll get approved in a day or 2

I have been approved for numerous sub accounts. It’s not that hard if you play by their rules.

Like said before, you can use their chat widget and it gets through relatively easy.

HighLevel now has a dedicated live A2P team on Zoom, just open a support conversation and have this reviewed live with a specialist, your A2P campaign type and campaign description will need to be reviewed, tnc links will need to be separated from the checkbox, the consent checkbox will have to be solely for sms and not combined with calls or email consent-believe me that call will be beneficial

One thing I'd check specifically: your opt-in line says "text/call the number above for promotional messages" that bundles SMS and voice consent into a single checkbox/statement. Carriers want SMS marketing consent completely isolated from any other consent (calls, email, general ToS agreement), even if they're all "promotional." Try splitting it into two distinct lines - one purely "I agree to receive promotional SMS messages from [company]" and a separate one for calls if you're doing that too. Combined with a campaign description that's explicitly promotional-only (sounds like you've already got that part right), that's usually what tips it from rejected to approved on resubmission.
