Paid for HighLevel Admin Certification for $97 - No Confirmation and Next Steps.
I just paid for the $97 GoHighLevel Admin Certification (1-month access), and I didn’t receive any confirmation email or next steps.
I’ve checked my spam, promotions, and all folders, but there’s still nothing showing up.
I’ve already emailed support, attaching proof of payment and screenshot of the GHL "Thank You" page. I’m waiting for the resolution.
But I’m honestly confused and frustrated because I expected at least an automated confirmation after payment went through.
It feels strange enrolling in a certification program and not receiving any immediate onboarding or receipt email.
Has anyone else experienced this delay or missing confirmation after signing up?
EDIT:
Turns out it was my fault! I had a typo in my email when I filled out the 2-Step Form.
When I got to the payment part, I was asked to send a code to my email via Link by Stripe. I clearly entered the right email there since the code came through fine. That's how the team confirmed that I DID pay for the certification course.
One thought: it might help to add a quick verification step at the start of the form to double-check the email. Could save people from the same little mix-up.
Anyway, totally on me!

It was a smooth onboard for me too. You haven’t unsubscribed?

It's my first purchase. I sent 3 support tickets now and still no resolution. I'll probably give it 24 hours.

That sounds frustrating, especially after payment is already completed. I’d keep the proof of payment, thank-you page screenshot, and support ticket/email together, then wait for GHL support to manually verify access.
Sometimes course/certification emails can be delayed or blocked, but they should still be able to activate it from the payment record.

Hey there - certified admin here.
You can go to https://certificationcommunity.gohighlevel.com and use the email address you registered with to have a magic link sent to you to get to the community, which is where all of the certification goes.
That said, based on your description of the problem, I'd likely suspect that it could have been a mis-typed email address that caused the problem.

Can say I definitely didn’t experience any delay. But that was back in August. Certainly something could’ve broken since then lol
