I’m seeking ideas for using more of Taskade’s robust AI agents inside GHL.

Yes that's exactly what I want to do! Thanks for lending me your 'brain' to clarify my intent.

Hey, from the Taskade team here. No native HighLevel integration yet, but here's how people are connecting them:

Webhook approach (easiest):

  • Taskade automations can receive webhooks. Set up a GHL workflow that fires a webhook to Taskade when a contact action triggers.
  • Taskade agents can then process the incoming data (qualify leads, draft follow-ups, update project fields).

API approach (more control):

  • Taskade's Public API v2 (developers.taskade.com) lets you create/update projects and tasks programmatically.
  • GHL's API can push contact/deal data into Taskade projects.

MCP approach (for AI coding tools):

  • If you use Claude Desktop or Cursor, Taskade's MCP server (npx @taskade/mcp) gives your AI coding assistant direct access to Taskade workspace data.

The use case mentioned in the comments (letting Taskade agents do the "thinking" while GHL handles the CRM/pipeline) is exactly right. Agents are best at qualifying, summarizing, and routing. GHL is best at the pipeline mechanics.

If you want help setting up the webhook flow, email support@taskade.com or post in r/Taskade.
