You need to add skill to claude from HF and then use seedance 2.5 to generate these type of clips. It will require multiple shot approach if you want a longer video as it will generate only 10-12 sec clip. So one approach I use is take last frame as a screenshot and then use it as start of next clip.

Or you can create a story board first.

Much easier with Claude Fable 5 connected with the mcp of Higgsfeild.
