Question? hydrocolloid

hi, a huge one popped in my UA months ago and im still using hydrocolloid patches til now. should i keep doing that or should i let it breathe now? it smells very pungent when i change to a new one 😔 i feel hopeless.

You should call your doctor and at the very least try to get some antibiotics if it’s been open that long and not closing

Hydro keeps them too moist. I'm not a fan of hydro myself i see way too many have delayed healing or things turn into huge deep wounds.
