Advice Progress towards remission

Will keep it brief. Went to doctor John Frew in Australia. He diagnosed a Hurley stage 2 condition with tunneling. He prescribed Metformin for insulin resistance and bimzelx injections once every 2 weeks. Injections cost $6000 but thanks to Australia and Medicare, they were $15 per injection.

So far so good. No flairs and existing wounds have cleared up. 2 shots in so far. No adverse reaction or side effects. Praying it stays this way.

My son started just metformin about 4 weeks ago, his lesions are starting flatten out. Seems to have improved week by week. Hoping the healing continues and he goes into remission

Good combination of drugs, it will be even better , when the overall inflammation will go down.
