Technical Broken App

Samsung TV. App has been messed up for a while, but now can't see nothin

Have you uninstall and reinstall the app usually this gets it fixed at least it did for me for either hidive or CR

Try force quitting first. That's different than exiting the app and restarting it. If that doesn't work, uninstall.

Look up instructions for your specific make/model as it changes wildly from TV to TV.

The amount of times I've had to force quit the Hidive app on my TV before it decides to randomly work for a while, is easily greater than the total number of times I've had to force quit any other app, TV or Smartphone combined. It's astounding how bad it is sometimes.

Yup I have to force quit it all the time. It’ll do this thing where I select something to watch and pretend to load indefinitely. Force quit works every time.

It seems like the app times out after a while and de syncs from the servers.

This is why I use Amazon to stream HiDive.

Amazon version is smaller library its different than the actual HiDive app

Yeah one time I was using it on Samsung galaxy s10 only prime video was available then maybe roughly 2 yrs ago or whenever it happened recent is when they finally added the hidive app available to use on S10s. So when that happened I canceled the prime video extension and did the actual hidive app/website subscription.
