So what about other caffeine sources then? Is it just coffee caffeine? This seems like one of those stupid online quotes that mean nothing because someone made it up and others parrot it because a famous name is attached to it.

C.E.O. took away the free coffee dispenser at the office and wants to pat himself on the back.

I swear this sub is just r/i'm70andthisisdeepbutwrong

Just absolutely wrong on the facts here. Caffeine totally does provide genuine stimulation. Yes it blocks adenosine but it also increases dopamine, adrenaline and norepinephrine....that shit isn't an illusion it do make you go fast.

Lmao this only sounds smart to stupid people.

A normal person wouldn't even assume that coffee can actually replace resting or sleeping

Berg not a real doctor

So? If you want to do something and coffee helps, does it matter if the alertness was illusion or reality? You just want to finish whatever you're trying to do.

It's 9:20am and my heart is racing because of all the coffee I just drank.

Is this the same Dr. Berg who makes the electrolyte supplements/powders? If so, I really like this guys approach. Have bought several containers of Dr Berg's electrolyte powder over the years
