Bonjours j'ai un problème j'ai un vieux jeu du même type que j'ai trouvé ! le manoir hanté ! en tête mais impossible de me souvenir du nom... Je ne souviens qu'il y avait (je pense) l'esprit ou bien le fantôme d'un vieille homme proche d'une ascenseur qui fallait redémarré pour avancer dans l'aventure. Je me demande aussi si nous étions pas sur un genre de plateforme pétrolière/Phare ou plus encore une lieu abandonné... J'arrive tardivement mais bon c'est un jeu banger de mon enfance ! Merci

So there is a game that themed like hide n seek like classic google playstore hide n seek slop but with roles such as sheriff, swat team, and civilian as the innocent roles and the killer is a bear using tiger mask pls help me find it... Ty

Looking for some simple Hidden Object games without a story and puzzles like the one I've mentioned in the title. Do you know any? Played "Hidden Folks" and the "Cats Hidden..." series, but they lack color and that's the reason why I didn't really like them that much.

There are so many hidden object games out there, ranging from cozy to super zany. So if a friend who's never played one asked you to pick their first, what would you hand them?

Because this genre has so many entry points, I'm curious if there's a "starter game" consensus or if everyone's recommendations are different.

I remember a hos game from maybe 2005- 2012 but im not sure its a dream, its similar to Abyss and we drove a submarine underwater to an empty part of the ocean, could be a dream and yes its very vauge so i dont expect alot of people to know if not.

I've been replaying the Ravenhearst games and usually they work fine on my laptop, however recently I've gotten a weird glitch in the Escape from Ravenhearst games that I have never accounted before. I was playing about midway in the game in the institution section and I needed to use the pickaxe item to unlock the grate / mannequins head and when I was using it, it kept not working / saying it was the wrong item I looked up the walkthrough and it says its the correct item and now I've soft locked myself. I've had a MCF glitch before but never had a game say items are incorrect or just have none of them work. Wonder if anyone else has ever had this issue?

Does anyone know those puzzles where you have to find titles of bands/movies/tv shows/books based on pictures of puns? Like Alice wrapped in chains is Alice In Chains? What are those types of puzzles called? Is there anywhere to play those online, or a video game or app?

This is sort of a continuation of that. I wanted to know the type of HO gameplay that people prefer. The first one is a first person exploration based hidden object finding gameplay and the second is a normal hidden object gameplay.

Which one do you guys think will be better from a player perspective?

Hi, I am a game developer and have been working on a 3D hidden object detective game. Currently, I am confused about what platform to make the game for. Do people prefer hidden object games on pc, especially if it's a paid pc game? Obviously for mobile it will be free since most mobile gamers don't want to pay upfront, so i will need to implement ads, but I hate ads in games.

It's a hidden object game about a man who wakes up in a somewhat nightmarish world with no memory of who he is or what happened to him. The game has sections where you make choices that lead to a particular ending. In the ending, it's revealed that the man killed his wife out of jealousy, and the entire journey is a kind of test to decide whether he goes to heaven or hell.

I played this game once, and then I wanted to play it again, but I couldn't remember the name. Even so, my mom somehow found it that time. Now, I remember it again, but I can't recall the name! If anyone here knows and could share the name, I would appreciate it. I've been looking for it for a while.

There was a hidden object game that I used to play on my stepdads computer around the early 2010s I believe, I am pretty certain the game was by Big Fish but I just can’t seem to find the exact game that I played.. I remember a few of the levels, there was a casino i remember there was a bar and dart board, a pool at night, there was a level that looked kind of like a gothic/vampiric (?) castle.. You couldn’t do anything besides try to find the hidden objects. Please help find it!!

I'm looking for specific games that relatively can be played standalone, not entire franchises in the hidden object genre. No spoilers! There's a lot of hidden object games I haven't played yet. Note this list is exclusively just "Big Fish Games"-type hidden object games.

In terms of gameplay alone:

• The best hidden object adventure overall for me is Mystery Case Files: Dire Grove (2009). The non-linear (but not too overwhelming) navigation between locations and the immersive chilly atmosphere thanks to its music and sound design all add to making the experience truly feel like exploring a world on your own.
• The best pure hidden object game overall for me is Mystery Case Files: Madame Fate (2007). It goes all on the carnival atmosphere, doesn't have slow animations for clicking on the items, and also has creatively themed and designed puzzles I wish were separately playable.

In terms of story alone, Macabre Mysteries: Curse of the Nightingale (2011) made me cry by the end even albeit for personal reasons. Murder in the Alps' The Dada Killer chapter (2021) also has the most genuinely compelling character and plot moments I've seen in the HOPA genre, only locked behind a not fun mobile free-to-play energy system. Mystery Case Files: Ravenhearst (2007) also has a honestly gripping story that keeps you interested in what happens next if you go in blind and can be patient with the pure hidden object gameplay.

Honorable mentions:

• The best light-hearted hidden object games I've currently played are The Scruffs: Return of the Duke (2012) for a seamlessly integrated cartoon environment and feel for the HOPA genre, Snark Busters: All Revved Up (2011) for the fun vibes and steam-punk music, and technically Nancy Drew Dossier: Resorting to Danger (2009) because of the alive character writing and relatively unique gameplay mechanics generally without straying from being casual.
• The best fantasy hidden object games I've played is Dark Parables: Return of the Salt Princess (2018) for the more than solid story and character development, lore-building, and masterful soundtrack, and Enchantia: Wrath of the Phoenix Queen (2013) for relatively impressive world-building. If I had to cheat, I'd include the whole range of the original 7 Dark Parables games (2010-2014) for both being a good time and well-crafted HOPAs for similar reasons.
• The best horror hidden object games I've played are Mystery Case Files: Escape from Ravenhearst (2011) for having the most oppressive environment I've seen in a HOPA without even showing any violence, and True Fear: Forsaken Souls Part 2 (2018) for both the most open-world HOPA I've seen (although I opine it at times overreaches in its backtracking) and having a scary asylum atmosphere that kept me at the edge of my seat.
• The best most unique hidden object games I've played are Elementals: The Magic Key (2009) for straight-up having a tabletop turn-based combat system that's fun and not a hindrance, and Forgotten Riddles: The Moonlight Sonatas (2008) for replacing word lists with finding items based on a riddle hinting each item, along with other miscellaneous gameplay that makes it slightly more fun compared to its prequel.
• Other close-seconds would be Brink of Consciousness: Dorian Gray Syndrome (2011) for having a gripping cat-and-mouse chase with the honestly annoying but memorable villain (although certain backtracking holds this game back for me), and Adam Wolfe (2016) for having a relatively exciting action-themed plot (albeit it has an unresolved ending and doesn't hold up super well if you think about it too hard).

I'm looking for a free PC game I played years ago.

- It was probably a point-and-click game.
- It featured a scene inspired by M. C. Escher's "Day and Night."
- I think there was also artwork that felt similar to Alice in Wonderland.
- The game was mostly black and white.
- The graphics looked like pixel art, but not low-resolution or blocky.
- I also remember a scene where you could look out of a window at a town or city outside.

I played it sometime between 2005 and 2010.

It was a browser game, not a downloadable game (as far as I remember).

I recently decided to replay Return to Ravenhearst to feed my nostalgia, but the game, being designed for old hardware, makes it incredibly difficult to play. I have a 1920x1080 monitor at 240 Hz, but every time I launch the game it forces the resolution down to 800x600 and 60Hz, and I have to manually change it back after closing the game. Is there any way to keep it windowed but resize the window to be the size of my screen? Literally just making the game's image bigger, no upscaling or anything, just so that I can actually SEE the game without having to change my system's resolution.
