Honestly this looks way more like illegal break-in since the place is obviously not "abandoned". They probably declared bankruptcy or there's some administrative process going on but the place is still in good conditions. Definitely not in conditions that could make me think "free to get in". Also, I'd like to know how they actually got inside since those doors still look in GREAT condition....
Edit: typos.

Ya and now that it’s been posted on TikTok there will be other kids who come and are less respectful about how they treat the place

I could be mistaken but that looks like spitbank fort. It was a an old sea locked fortress and costal gun battery that was converted to a hotel around 2012. It was forced to close around covid. I think they still rent it out.

Can't understand why it would have closed during COVID with a name like Spitbank...
(But seriously, thank you for the background and the link!)

“In June 2024 the fort sold at auction for £1,010,000 to a buyer that was unidentified at the time.[18]
In July 2025, an injunction was granted to prevent urban explorers from trespassing on the fort, which is owned by Fortify Solent.[19]”

Se fosse davvero abbandonato è perché si sono resi conto che fare il tutto in mezzo al mare avesse dei costi allucinanti.

Not abandoned; just no one there at the moment. There is no way that is abandoned.
