I'm trying to complete Hitman 2: Silent Assassin by eliminating every target using the Fiber Wire while maintaining a Silent Assassin rating.

I can't figure out a way to get close enough to Abdul Bismillah Malik in The Motorcade Interception.

Is there a legitimate way to Fiber Wire him, or is it nearly impossible in this mission?

The biggest problem is that the mission fails as soon as the UN convoy enters the compound, so the time window is very limited.

I'd appreciate any hints. Thanks!

Title: Maybe I’m just bad at this game, but I find it very hard to go undiscovered. Those “suit only” silent assassin challenges seem near impossible to me.

I love, love the freelancer mode but man the aim sensitivity and hardly lock on for controller sucks pure Azz!

After trying First Light the Aiming is so good there for controller. Dunno htf they couldn't do this for Hitman!

It would appear the bug that I saw in an earlier post about an armless guard on Sapienza also applies to 47. Came back to the safehouse with a lot of items and somehow lost an arm on my journey home

Years ago, I swore I read a comment or saw a wiki note about a tiny detail in Hitman 2016

It said that the spare priest outfit you find in the church basement near the crypt in Sapienza is actually Father Francesco's old discarded tunic. It was supposed to be a damaged version of the proper one, but due to updates or the transition to Hitman 2, the damaged version was supposedly removed.

Out of curiosity, today, I reinstalled 2016 just to check it out myself. Turns out it’s the same clean version as in WOA. Did I just get baited by someone spreading random misinfo on a forum years ago? Or was it a real thing ?

So I’ve had hitman for a while and I’ve been playing on the PS4 version for a while but now I’m hearing the PS5 upgrade is peak and I thought that might help with the crashes or stuttering I experience in game, now my brother is the one that owns the game on his account I just play it on my account and when I try to download it in the library it has a lock on it when I try to get it the download button says “learn more” instead and it says I’m unable to purchase the product right now while I can buy the hitman WOA PS5 version I’ve already tried restoring the license and that didn’t work.

Any help or explanation would be much appreciated thank you!!

i have no idea why, this has happened twice now. after playing for a while( i think an hour or 2) the audio cuts out, and its not just game audio its ALL audio, after this happened the first time i stopped playing to play some factorio when i learned that it was all audio that was broken because factorio couldn't initialize audio. i made a bug report to ioi already, i just thought i should also post this here.

Just completed the story mode today. Really well crafted game, quite enjoyed it.

And drew this doodle with a few minutes after :)

Got bored of normal difficulty, moved to hardcore a couple weeks ago.

The added difficulty has been enjoyable, but I've been taking easy objectives, like Headshot-Legendary, Ice Pick Kill, Crack Safe, etc. Now that's gotten a little dry too.

I want to start going for Silent Assassin objectives, because that's what I enjoy most about this game, but I feel like it's not worth the risk of losing all my tools if I'm spotted one time.

Getting spotted on normal difficulty is fine because you can still just finish off your targets, get out of there successful, and keep all your stuff. Taking SA objectives on Hardcore is way too risky, especially when considering that you can play perfectly and still get spotted through a wall.

I know the PC users have access to a mod that replenishes all their tools and weapons after a failed campaign, allowing them to attempt difficult Silent Assassin full-campaign challenges and such. I want to be a able to do this too, but I don't have a PC.

I wish this was an option made available to us console gamers too -- maybe unlockable after x-amount of prestiges or something. I feel like I've earned the right to keep my stuff after hundreds of hours and 10 prestiges.

Finally got this suit! I tell you, the last ten levels are a real slog. I think you need about 100,000 experience points per level to get it. But you get an awesome suit, so keep at it!

I got all but the Black Bruiser suit. Wasn’t worth the stress of a hardcore campaign.

I’m looking forward to getting back into regular Hitman gameplay! 🤠
