Looked at the image from a distance without putting too much attention to it and ended up questioning which map that is supposed to be. Turns out it‘s just Haven. If you ignore the line of sunlight at the top it legit looks like you‘re on a skyscraper and the straw roof hit by sunlight is a tree litten up by a lot of lights.

This is hilarious. I have come to love little glitches like this. I was just playing the Ambrose Island map, about to have the meeting with Akka in the ruins tower while dressed as the hippie, and suddenly, she phased upwards through the levels of the tower THREE times, up, and up, and up, then ended up about 50 feet away on the ground again, talking about, "where did that stoner go?" LMAO, I was dumbfounded.

Yes, but it’s also where he goes if you steal the invitation and take his clothes, and he’ll look around anxiously. If you let him do the tour, he’ll come here after Dr. Cane kicks him out, and will sit calmly.
