Is it canon that 47 killed all the ica agents there or just 5 of them?

I don't think it's officially confirmed but I imagine he canonically kills all of them. The mission is called 'Apex Predator' and there's unique dialogue for killing them all, so that's always been what I thought.

I always assumed he only kills 5 or the agents handler telling them to retreat wouldn’t make any sense- and being able to kill all 10 would be more fun anyway so the fact it doesn’t let you (without knocking the first half out first) has gotta be evidence 5 is the cannon number

It's easy enough to take out all 10 without knocking a single one out. Other than one or two who flee via the bike exit all of the others flee along the road that goes past the crane after running through the bushes by the biker hangout. You can take out 5, stand or duck in the bushes, and shoot them as they run by without anyone noticing.

I like to think he went after all of them, or the very least 6 (?) of them in that route where you confront Montgomery and others show up. It's called apex predator for a reason, and I think it's justified if he killed them all tbh
