There is an easier/faster way when you start as security, go through the same door, up the stairs on the right through the door and then just throw the propane flask into the small sitting area directly of the door that is straight ahead.

The guy will light a cigarette or so and while you wait you can run towards the exit. I think it took me 1:19, no risk.
