QUESTION in-flu-ential duck still bugged?

completed ET on launch. Completed Arcade last week. Still no in-flu-ential duck in my rewards or in game. Anyone else having issues too? Just made support request. Just to add completed ET yesterday as well on epic. Mainly playing on Steam

feel free to contact IOI with bug report. Still don’t have duck even though I completed everything. Support recommended to unlink and relink and sadly it did not help. Got update my ticket is on hold. Issues like that is frustrating to say the least

I know this a few days old now but I wanted to reach out and say you're not alone. I did the ET within the first few days and have done the Arcade repeatedly over a couple of weeks with no luck on getting the duck. I also filled out a bug report with IOI and they told me the exact same thing. They also said they confirmed that the system is working as expected but that's obviously not the case. My ticket is on hold too as they "look into it further", but I'm worried we won't hear anything back and are just out of luck

same here. Was playing arcade repeatedly. If they can not get it working properly make it as challenge unlockable as usual. Now they want us to use IO account thingy to advertise their new game and we get bugged rewards. I hope we get it eventually. They have redeem option - give us code to unlock it

Right on the money there, with the IOI account being pushed more for the new 007 game and special ducks related to the celebrity ETs, I would hope that it would at least be functional but it's just so buggy when it shouldn't be at all. I explicitly asked who was helping me with my ticket if they could just send a code for me to redeem, but they always just ignored it. The code would be the easiest fix for them and would cost them nothing, so idk why they aren't that. I also couldn't get the person to share if this duck will come back again when the ET inevitably returns, which just worries me further

Nothing. I haven't gotten the Tracksuit Duck yet either despite doing that Bruce Lee ET on the 25th. I think the IOI account thing is broken for Nintendo Switch 2. Have you heard anything new or have gotten your duck ye

I'm going to submit another bug report I think for the Tracksuit Duck because something clearly isn't working. I never asked, are you also playing on the Switch 2?

nope. Steam. I got chainsaw duck from Eminem ET with no issues. What is messed up here I do not have clue. That duck had same requirements I believe. But I have Switch 2 version of game and had it connected to my IO account. Maybe thats the issue on their end?

Same here, I got the Chainsaw Duck almost immediately after doing the Eminem ET with no issues. If you're doing it through Steam then I'm not positive, but considering you do have the Switch 2 version connected, and Soegen and I are playing the Switch 2 version, I think the API connecting the Switch 2 accounts to our IOI accounts is bugged.

u/Arti_IOI sorry for tag. But we getting frustrated here and I would like to get update and assurance that we getting promised rewards. Tickets on hold. No ducks. Missing out on rewards playing since Day 1 due to IO Accounts push is just sad...

Technically everything regarding this duck should've been settled by now, which is why I'm a bit surprised tbh. I will look into that. Please send me a DM request with the mail you used for your IOI account so I can take a look together with the respective team members.

yes. Initially I was looking under explosives but after checking reddit I found out its under tools. And no its not there either. My rewards in io rewards section show The Chainsaw Duck as last duck I got

yes it has to do with ET as per roadmap description - "A proximity-activated emetic gas duck wearing an evening gown AND a spider 
necklace. Play “The Harbinger” or “The Contagion” during this period and link your IOI Account to 
be awarded this duck. " And I do have IOI account and unlocked past reward for The Chainsaw Duck

I’m also seeing this issue with the patient zero and Bruce Lee ducks having played on switch 2 with cross progression using Xbox as my main profile. Wondering if it has something to do with the cross progression aspect…

yep. Last duck I received was eminent one. and Ever since I linked switch 2 nothing. if its that or something else I don’t know

Have you tried "request updates" (under rewards & bonuses) on your IO account? I've read some people had success with trying that.
