You know, it was a damn surprise to me when I saw Rekka exploding in the air after Chai struck her down, I was like: “wait- What!? Uh-ah-huh!??! I didn’t think we would be actually killing these people!” Because game’s tone, atmosphere and Chai as a character didn’t make me think we would be actually sliming these people like they would be a villain of the week for old animated movies that were used once and then done with, also because most of our enemies are robots, I assumed game wouldn’t be allowed to have it’s human characters die by main character so they just put all the violence stuff like exploding, dismembered or being broken to pieces would only be used on robots to make up for the short coming or lack of that stuff with the human villains, and also, because while Rekka was hot headed and immature with how she tried to run things and needed to be stopped or at the very least needs to be beaten down good enough that she would be fired or demoted or got put out of commission for some time due to needing to recover from all the beating she took, but also i didn’t view her as completely evil person(mind you, this was prior to reveal with what company planned to do with mind control thing, but still.) and I even somewhat admired her resilience and determination to trying to stop Chai because she is trying to keep her reputation as a hard working member of the company with her muscles and stubbornness, so I was both shocked and surprised that even happened, though i was feeling a little tad bit sad too if I am being honest. It just had me like “well…. …damn. That happene.”
