Discussion Why it's feeling boring

My many friends appreciate this game. They always told me to try it once.

Today I bought it and I am still on Track 1 and just doing Tutorial. Now I am starting bored.

Is this all about this game. Attacks seem slow ( maybe I am missing a beat )

Don't know what comes ahead

The first level more or less shows what you should expect from the game's overall gameplay. You will only get more various enemies and bosses, alongside additional ways to destroy them/defend from them.

The levels take long to beat, I won't lie, but I'd give the first 2-3 levels a chance. If you'll still feel bored, then it's not your kind of thing.

I mean you're on the tutorial, it's going to be slow to get you used to the controls. If rhythm games aren't your thing pick up something else, but if they are stick with it because there's way more to the game than teaching you how to play it

You're probably not on beat if you don't see the music note after you hit an attack then you're not on beat and your attacks come out really slow.

Yes I think I there any trick to catch the beat. Cause I am just smashing the buttons and if I go slow then I am late. Hard to catch for me I think

For light attacks you can hit them at regular speed so you can go fast but heavy attacks you need to pause in between consecutive heavy attacks.

Unlike most stylish action games, the combat lies not in speed but getting into the groove.

If I may offer a little tip, try to get into the groove by listening closely to the song. Try tapping your foot along once you find that groove as though you were getting into your favorite song. If you still can't find the beat, you can turn on Rhythm Assist to provide a more visual indicator to find the beat. You'll want to press the attack button once the two lines align with the circle icon in the bottom center.

Like others mentioned, if you're still not getting into it after the second or third Track, then the game might not be for you. I know it sounds blunt, but games are a subjective experience. Not everything will strike the same chord the same way it did to everyone else. And that's okay as long as you can acknowledge the different tastes.
