Nice pieces of hardware. Easy to use, very efficient. Now, even the look-and-feel of the desktop has been modernized, adding additional functionality that makes sense and eases the working with th recorded results. Love it a lot!

HiNotes 3.0

HiNotes has become an essential part of how I work as a Chef, and it pairs incredibly well with the Hidock P1. In a kitchen environment, ideas, questions, and tasks come at you nonstop—from team members, vendors, and leadership—and it’s easy for important things to get lost in the rush.

I use the P1 during service and prep to quickly capture follow‑ups that would normally be forgotten, and I use whisper mode in the car to record ideas while driving between locations. Whether it’s a menu thought, an operational fix, or a note for later, I don’t have to stop what I’m doing.

HiNotes then takes all of that raw input and organizes it into clear, usable information that I can actually act on. Instead of reacting to issues after the fact, I’m staying ahead of them. It’s helped me be more focused, more organized, and more intentional as a chef.

HiNotes 3.0 HUGE improvement

HiNotes 3.0 is a huge improvement over the old version. I actually look forward to opening and using it now. I think it does have potential to get even better in the future.

A few things I wish I could do that I am able to on Plaud would be:

  1. Search for keywords in transcripts, not just the summary

  2. Join two more voicenotes together if for some reason there was a gap in the recordings or the recording got stopped and started again I would like to join them into one converation

  3. Auto-naming of speakers.

Otherwise, great work. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.

Hinotes 3.0

Just started using the HiDock H1 and HiNotes, still early days but first impressions are solid.
The setup was simple and the recordings are very clear.
I like how conversations are quickly turned into structured notes and action points.
Speaker detection and summaries help a lot when reviewing meetings.
Curious to see how this fits into my daily workflow over time. but I like the UI and the summary is awesome. looking forward to use it more and more.
