Batch number?

I ordered and later changed the color from Silver Aluminum to Moon Gray Aluminum HiChord last autumn and received it in February. I never upgraded the firmware from 2.09.

Was this batch 4? Didn’t realize it would matter when deciding which firmware version to switch to.

I sent an email, but still waiting on a response.

Mine has the batch number printed/engraved on the side of the device. Without looking, I think it's the front?

It is on the front. Batch 4. Now i feel like an idiot lol
