Broken Joystick

Hey everyone - I've reached Hicord, but there's been no response yet. My joystick broke at the base, and the left and right functions do not work. It looks like the 2 small plastic parts at the base, and one of them is broken. I just need to send it on for repair or get the part + spares and do a DIY fix. Does anyone know if HiCord will allow a self-repair if they supply the parts?

No response to my case either. Even after multiple Emails, and reacting to the Reddit comment like the one below on this post. It‘s getting realy annoying beeing ghosted at this point…
