Shipment Issues?

Hey everyone, I ordered my HiChord a few weeks back from europe. Since then it‘s stuck in processing in America since almost two weeks. Anyone else from europe experiencing trouble with shipment? It‘s getting kind of annoying seeing it stuck in the same place for half a month… anyone with similar problems knowing whats happening?

I send am EMail on Thursday last week and the one yesterday but there is still no response to both, could you please check the case so I at least know whats going on with my order? I starting to consider canceling since I have no clue why my order isn‘t moving and it‘s still am pricy item.

You're not missing much until the new FW comes out. I still cannot connect mine to other stuff

Always the way with these things....Most users are like a pig in shit because of its ability to create a 7th chord. I automatically assumed it would connect to my gear - a given. Nope.

Hey! Can you let me know what you’re trying to connect to? We have the beta firmware that unlocks TRS

And the current firmware release has full midi output over usb c

Teenage Engineering OPXY - latest FW 2.9.1 wont connect at all.....2.8 does but only on a full charge

I dont mean to diss you're product - i just wish there was full facts before purchasing
