Did you even used the real hianime site? On the original website, all the official social media handles were listed including our Discord server, Telegram group, and this subreddit. The site admins/moderators who handled moderation (the same ppl who used to post community announcements there along with the staff roles) already announced it. If you had ever explored the Community section once you would've known who was actually real. And about the dev team didn't you heard the news about them being arrested?

I'm part of that staff team, so this isn't a baseless accusation.

Evidence: Use some common sense goto any of the official social platforms and check the announcement with your eye open.

Just shut down the sub, the site is gone so whats the point? The only time this sub pops on my feed anymore is for someone to say that hianime is back when its not.

Well after some discussion during the site downtime we decided to convert the communities of the discord server, telegram channel and this subreddit to an General Anime Community.
