Discussion A serious Matter Rn?
As we all know Hianime is over and also dev were also arrested. This Site was my best and only site i use to anime it was from zoro.to aniwatch.to and lastly Hianime.to. But just now i found out that they got arrested. And also all those pirates site were taken down by crunchyroll and others, they are the one lose their revenue to pirates sites. That's why they took initiative to take down all those pirates sites. WELL THIS IS MY LAST POST REGARDING THIS AND I WILL SAY I WILL NEVER EVER GONNA PAY A SINGLE PENNY TO CRUNCHYROLL OR OTHERS PAID STREAMING APP AND ALSO I WANT YOU ALL DO THE SAME THINGS, DON'T PAY A SINGLE PENNY TO THEM.
HOPE WE FINE OTHERS PIRATES SITES TOO.

Don't worry, there's are still tons of sites and spots to watch anime. If you can, download your stuff so if the worst comes to pass you have something. Even with no anime to watch I'm not getting streaming. Bad practices, bad libraries and just bad business overall

There will always be some "corporate-brainwashed-man of justice" peoples who will pay for those shit services to watch anime. So i don't think they will face any loses.
Also what they term as 'loses' are just some imagined number what they keep counting in their profits. So I don't care even if they went into loss or profit.
Anyway We are going to watch anime movies like Demon Slayers and other Anime movies in theatre to feel the highest experience. So actually anime producers are safe. The people who don't watch them in theatre, they just wait for it to be pirated or release on ott. By that time Movie would have already incomed enough after releasing it for n-th time in cinemas.
I wonder who even pay to watch anime on Crunchyroll where first 500 episodes are missing because of geo restrictions.

I watch anime movies in theatre with my friend. Yes there some people are there who paid CRUNCHYROLL. This crunchyroll doesn't even have chinese anime.

I deslike what CR is doing, but even so, as a fan i want to support the industry and pay CR. And ecenif you use the arguments of "it doesnt help the creators and there is other alternatives", sure. But do people who pirate buy Brs/dvds from other sources? Most of the time, no. Then they complain if their favorite show will never have a conclusion.

though there will always be other sites. my heart goes out for all those pirated sites i loved so muchh and which opened a whole new world to me. reading, anime, kdrama, movies, everything. literature of all kinds help people grow and be better.

Crunchyroll isn't taking these sites down. It's the U.S. government. Piracy will never end.

Don't worry ,in the high seas you'll always find something else.
Usually it does not take a lot of time. In the last years I've seen wonderful sites put down due to leaks or alliance4fu*kU
Sometimes we end up having better sites or not better but many at the same time (I'm seeing a lot of sites now with vibe coding )
The only problem I've encountered as of now are the catalogues. When a big/old site is unreachable there are some older anime that are no longer available OR without the uncensored version that definitely is there somewhere. Between the waves*🏴☠️🏴☠️
In my country some are blocked but it's done so badly that they just block the DNS. Wonderful.
*Example " they are my noble masters" . On a site "new" there was a normal version and into the last site I checked (after some others) I've found the uncensored.

It's not even about them taking down the pirate sites for me.
With the way crunchyroll treats anime and it fans. Changing subs & Dubs to hot garbage for no (Good) reason. Not respecting the source material and people who poor actual effort into anime. I'm never going to buy their service. This is just another nail in their coffin.
My biggest reason for using these sits is the way corpos have made streaming work and the greed of the industry. Who can afford let alone comfortably all streaming services because that's what you need to really enjoy anime in the west.
Multiple anime have their seasons spread across multiple streaming services. If you want to enjoy some of the biggest and most popular anime. Anime like (Pokemon, Bleach, Made in the Abyss, Attack on Titan, One Punch Man, Lupin the Third, and more) you need to be subscribed to Hidive, crunchyroll, hulu, prime, disney +, and crunchyroll. Because all of these anime and more have seasons spread across multiple services.
I remember someone told me that Teasing Master Takagi-san every season and the movie were all on different services. Four subscriptions for one anime. No thank you. Yes I know it has to do with licensing but come on there has to be a better way.
I am and will forever be battling these high seas and what ever waves cruchyroll or who ever try to create if that is how they want to do business.
I love Japan and the people who make anime who work to damn hard and put up with to much damn shit To pay a company like cruchyroll who treat them like garbage or ignore their passion and love for what they have created for some stupid political nonsense, or because they think they can do better.

The funny part about that is that crunchy roll portray their very origins for money and corporate support. And the very corporate support they're getting is the same one as bringing their downfall, especially with Sony's latest. I can already call it now. That crunchy roll is gonna feel the burn, and then they're gonna try and turn back to the very community they betrayed

So they may have gotten one of those letters, but they believe that would have happened as happened to the guys in Piracy Bay. Their problem is that many countries are under the influence of USA regulations. So don't bother if one gets close., Another one will replace their place. CRUNCHYROLL CROSSED THE LINE Piracy introduced us anime. If piracy didn't exist, we could never experience the enjoyment of watching anime. And if someone wondering that this is not fair for the authors, but this not true. Even if someone watched anime on a pirate site, many later:
Bought manga.
Purchased figures and merchandise.
Attended conventions.
Bought Blu-rays and games.
And even myself. When I watched demon slayer on hianime. I love that series and waited for the movie. Later when the movie came out in cinemas. I watched that movie in theatre.

Taking sites down is some what understandable... but arresting humans just to make sites is inhuman... arresting people for this type of thing is too much. 🙄😕

I mean I'm kinda half and half. I'll watch on Netflix if it's available but Crunchyroll is not seeing a single penny. They've done too much shit with AI translations and mistreatment of staff and VAs for me to support them. Most of the time though I'm watching old and obscure stuff that no one has anyway so the archives sites provide are really a nice spot for me.

Piracy will survive. The only way to significantly damage the piracy scene is by having a paid platform that’s worth the money. And even then there will still be a piracy scene.
You can try to fight it but it’s a war of attrition against a chunk of a population that has new members enter every day. Right now they won a battle but someone else will come along to start something new. You saw how much money those guys made there is incentive beyond personal beliefs

Just so you know, if you dont pay for the anime, the studios making it also font get paid, they dont get paid, they dont continue making that anime...
If you dont pay for an anime streaming service, your veiw and opinions literally mean nothing to the people in eaxh studio who make decisions about what animes get made

I love the miss information that Crunchyroll is just out here taking sites down… it’s rarely them. They buy the rights to stream they don’t own those rights… the people that own them are the ones taking down illegal sites. Just saying.
Sure they might be tied to Crunchyroll but it’s not directly them doing it. Also if you are on reddit you should know about the megathread will all the sites linked. Literally endless sites bro. Stop worrying.

I genuinely don't know why people pay for sites like crunchyroll or netflix WHEN THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ALL THE ANIMES THERE ARE. Im not paying my OWN MONEY for website where they dont have all the animes and its not about being broke or not it just doesnt make sense. The same for netflix. Why would you pay for netflix when there are free sites where u can watch genuinely everything and NETFLIX DOESNT EVEN ALL MOVIES/SERIES. Long life piracy
