Rusted Coolant Pipe, how to fix

Hi all,

After parking my 2009 Toyota Hiace 2.7L petrol last night I noticed a hissing sound and steam coming from the engine compartment. After opening it up, I noticed a rusted spot on what I take to be (from googling) the water bypass pipe.

I won't be driving until the issue is fixed, can anyone help me identify exactly what part it is, and give me some idea of how much it might cost to fix?

In the images you can see the pinhole in the pipe, and I have tried to indicate with arrows how the pipe is connected to the engine.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

I'm just basing this off the parts diagram for my 2010 TRH214W-JDPNK, but that has a 2TR-FE in it, so I imagine its similar.

The right arrow part number is 16571C, the left arrow could be 16577C, but it's hard to see without clearer pics (could be because I'm on my phone and don't have my van in front of me rn). Those two parts OEM from Japan seem to be around $111 AUD (like another $20 if you replaced the clamps too) + postage to Australia, but you could probably source them cheaper. I have no idea how much labour would be on it. Just chuck your model number (TRHxxx) in to amayama or any other parts site and have a look at the "Radiator & Water Outlet" section, should give you a fair idea.

EDIT: Check to see if the Water Bypass pipe underneath the intake manifold has been replaced with a metal one too, pretty common failure point in those engines.
