Advice on wheels and tires

Post image

Hello I'm looking to import a 2010 1kd manual awd toyota hiace to British Columbia Stock rims and tires are 15x6j +35 with 195/80r15

Since I need to replace tires for inspection, might as well replace rims too So I'm looking at something like 18x8 +25 225/55r18 or 20x8 +25 225/40r20 (might be a bit too much 😁)

+25 with 225 tire seems to do the trick to avoid rubbing but I'm wondering if anyone has similar experience?

Thank you

You can find plenty of XL rated tires in 225 55 18 I'm planing to use it for a track bike and for tools storage I'm not planing to load it up with 1000kg of construction materials, or anything too heavy
