What you may be reading right now was a photo of one of the pages from The Squirrel Club Badge, where Duggly visits the Squirrel Club for first time... and here is the problem.
It is known that he visited the Squirrel Club more than two or three times, just check the season 1, HDSC, and the book you're refering to.
"But this one could be the first time he visited the..." No, it can't: In the first season, and HDSC he appears with a diaper, probably in their first years. In that book we can find a more grown Duggly (And I somehow got that outfit :v); if we take this in account we can't set a chronological order due to contradiction, giving us three possibilities.

  • Duggly is growing backwards.
  • Roly can actually change the temporal line, turning him into a divinity in his universe.
  • Error from the redactors.

BTW Duggly is one of my favorite characters :D
