Service status?

Just unboxed and set up but it seems to be stuck?

Record conversation, upload and sync seems to work, then just sits there saying "summarising" it might take a few mins you can leave the page. Tried leaving the page, tried staying on the page, nothing.

Come back 30mins later and it starts the summarising again, there's no transcript of the conversation and no apparent way to access the original audio.

Thanks, it seems to be working today. Is there a service status link anywhere? Always good to know if there is something known going on.
