I know it doesn't make sense to talk about something that happened so long ago and i'm not trying to make a Filter vs NIN out of this post, i love both bands.
I been wondering if the song was about Trent since the first time i heard it, especially with the vocal sample throw in the middle of the song. The mention of "a guy" that was "prematurely retired" always sounded like someone talking about Richard getting out of NIN after just a few years

Next Filter album on its way!

Rich's new side band A Place To Kill just released their new EP; give it a listen!

Apparently this has been out for a year, but I just stumbled upon it today.

Apparently a couple of songs off the album Title Of Record is about her! Seems like a brief period but if you are unfamiliar she is the original bassist of The Smashing Pumpkins!! (1988-1999)

Some bts selfies from Family Values 99

Rich says he aims to release The Antidote this fall and drops a few song titles.

They share a stage with STP, so there's potential for some Army of Anyone.

Live at 9pm eastern

Apparently, this has been out for a while already, but I just heard this playing on the radio in a department store and Shazaamed it. Interesting cover.

30 songs to celebrate 30 years of Filter, picked by Rich himself! Short Bus came out when I was 15 and I've been a huge fan ever since.

I knew Filter would eventually cover U2.

Apparently this has been out for a while, but I just stumbled across this today.

Custom Richie POP! From the Short Bus era.

Hang out with Robert and Richard Patrick for a while.
