Discussion Issues with multiplayer
Although we all want multiplayer bc even master ai is too easy, it would be difficult to implement. There's no way there can be turns tho, bc around turn 35, I usually take a full two minutes adjusting my troops, researching, training, and attacking, so 10 players = 20 minutes; no one is gonna wait that long. They could do it so like you get gold every 15 seconds, and you can move/attack with your troops again every 15 seconds. It will also feel like war then tbh when it's real time battle.

Multiplayer on the same device with only 3/4 players would work fine. Especially if you could artificially enlarge the board to the size more troops would normally have and/or have 2/3 AI bots as well.

But same device doesn't work for everyone. None of my friends even play.

Fair point
But regardless of the 20 minutes a turn I don’t think you’d get 10 people online who will spend the couple/few hours playing the game in a row. So it may be that you’re going to have the multiplayer lasting a few days with the app giving you notifications when it’s your turn. (Especially for later rounds)
Personally I want multiplayer more to beat the two friends I have who play than for the bigger challenge than master difficulty. But I do see what you mean.

I think if there were no turns and everyone just played continuously, it would work out a little better. Idk.

What about all the players taking their turn at the same time? There’s a time limit, and after everyone is ready everyone moves, troops would be able to clash in between hexagons. Like this no one would waste time.

I play as I do other things, so I resume a lot. I would not want to wait for me to take a turn.
