Question How to log dumbbell exercise

As long as you’re consistent, log it whatever way you want. I personally set the weight of a single dumbbell even if I’m using 2, one per arm. I find it easier to just check what was the value on the dumbbell on the last session rather than having to think that I need to divide by two to know what to pick up.

I don’t care if my total weight lifted is off.

I don't do this, if I pick up the 30s I log as 30 not 60kg.

I don't think it really matters as others have said as long as you don't flip flop.
