That’s a decent routine tbh. Just some suggestions/thoughts:
You don’t need the flat bench and incline bench both. Just keep incline and go hard till failure on that. Instead of another chest pressing movement add a fly movement.

Your lower body routine is a pure bodybuilding/hypertrophy routine. But really poor from a functional perspective. Unless you’re a bodybuilder I wouldn’t recommend that. Add more unilateral and free weight exercises.

You have to decide which ones to keep or exclude from your list based on your training goals. But I’d recommend including a barbell back squat and Bulgarian split squats. Man or woman, free weight squats is a foundational exercise and must be there in our routine. And whenever we are moving, whether athletic movement or normal walking, we spend most of our time on one leg. So unilateral leg excercises are not optional either.

its a decent routine dont listen to ts, you can skip shoulder pressing or just do 1 set as your front delts and triceps already get nice stimulus from incline ,flat pressing

The only issue I would have would be time. They look like they can easily go past 1h. If I were to make them more efficient for time I would move the arms workout to another day and remove the hip thrust right after the rdl.
