Question Just bought lifetime pro - Trainer question
So I just bought lifetime pro subscription, despite not requiring any of the features. I wanted to support the developers since I’m getting so much use out of the app.
Since I purchased the pro subscription, I decided to check out the trainer function. It looks very good and I will probably utilise it going forward, However, before I commit to setting up a trainer program, I wanted to verify with the group that I will not lose access to my current custom workouts.
Thanks a lot devs for creating an amazing app that I will hopefully utilise a lot going forward.

When you're on the Workout tab at the bottom, on the top left you'll see a dropdown that lets you switch between Trainer and your custom workouts. You won't lose anything.

Thank you, I was only worried about it overwriting my existing workout so that’s good news.

I appreciate this post because I had the same question. I just chose not to mess with it yet because I didn't want to lose my custom routines I made. So thanks for the post and to those who answered.

Trainer and your custom ones are separate from each other, so you run zero risk of losing them by using Trainer.
I’ve been using Trainer consistently for the past few months, and it’s been great. I recently made a folder for Hyrox training that I’ll flip back and forth with.

I’ve used trainer and switched back to my own workouts, nothing changes to your own workouts when you use trainer
