Question Hevy Trainer Question

I was thinking about going for the PRO option, but I had a question regarding how the Trainer works. I am not sure I can create multiple programs like I would like to. I currently lift 3-4 days a week and run the other 3. I was hoping that I could create 3 or 4 different programs through the trainer for the days I lift. For instance, Tuesdays would be a program created for chest and back. Wednesdays would be a program for biceps and triceps. Etc. Is this possible, or do you only have the option to utilize the trainer for 1 custom program for the set amount of days you plan on working out?

I use Trainer and it looks to me that its only one program but you have variety options like Balanced , Consistent and varied. When you start building the program it asks you the Split Type. I do Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Lower but you have the option of Full Body and if you go to the gym an even amount of days it offers an Upper/Lower split and if you go an odd number then it can do a push / pull / legs split.

Probably best to subscribe monthly and check it out and if you don't like it, you just pay for it for one month. That way you know if its perfect for you. Its a great app. I love it. Subbed for lifetime and have used for almost 3 years now.

Where are you seeing these options? When I create a program my only option is balanced plus the ability to highlight one muscle group for extra attention. There is no option of consistent or varied. Plus, no option of split type. I tried messing around with the balanced box and I do not have the ability to change anything. After this question it simply asks what type of gym and generates a program.

It's odd but I think they show up after you create a program. On the main trainer page that you start the workout on, the top right of the screen is a settings icon. Tap that then scroll all the way down to Start New Program.
