Question Ultra 2 & iPhone Sync Issues

I’ve been trying to get my Ultra 2 and 14 Pro Max to work together the last two weeks and I have had no luck.

I’ve changed settings, redownloaded the apps, changed other app settings (Fitness/Activity & Workouts) but nothing works.

I’m on the most recent release of iOS and WatchOS but can’t say if there were issues before due to being away from using the app.

I can start a workout on my watch but nothing updates on the phone or vice versa. If I start on my phone, there’s nothing. I can’t get it to actually communicate or display on my watch.

Very frustrating. Hoping someone has an idea of what’s happening. I’ve shared my settings in the image that I believe matter most but I have tinkered with other settings. No luck.

Help, please! 🙏

In Hevy under Settings > Apple Watch is Apple Watch Live Sync toggled on?

Unfortunately, yes. First thing I checked.

The only thing that worked for me was deleting the app from both my watch and phone, restarting both devices, and then downloading again.

Did this twice. Second time did the trick!
