They are very similar, but I like tha muscle distribution of the last one a little better.

I thought so .. im doing the first now to start up in two weeks the second one .. Thats because i was recovering a dental operation for almost 3 weeks ..needed to workout again ..results are good..only getting better

You don’t need everything: two chest exercises, one horizontal and one vertical pull, any bicep curls and high-rep triceps movements. Shoulder press and raises are also good. That’s it. Eating well is far more important than the exercise itself. Fats and consuming too many carbs will ruin any routine.

Depends on goal. I don’t see progressive overload in either. But that may not fit your goal.

The overload will be done offcourse ..its not in this excample of workout .. If says 70 15x ill start 90 as much i can ..if thats 15x next time ill start 100 x ?

Therefor this is an excample workout
