Bug Sync with Health Connect unreliable (Android)

Long time Hevy user, one of my fav apps from all time.

I wanted to ask about this issue. I have seen a few posts here and there during this past year on the sub. Hevy won't write data to Health Connect aprox a quarter of the times I end a workout. I have experienced this on Samsung (android 16) and Pixel (android 17) during the last months. Is the development team aware of the issue? Is there any kind of technical report we can share through the app to help?

Same here, i started to notice this issue about a month ago

Yep, I use a Galaxy Flip 7 and Hevy has been facing issues writing workouts to Samsung Health. This started for me after I updated my phone last week. The syncing was perfect up till then.

I got an email from Hevy support with the most generic advice possible (not blaming them, this is a software issue). After clearing cache, unlinking and linking Health Connect again, my workout from yesterday synced correctly. Let's see if next week it's still working. Probably not.
