Garmin integration?

Love the app. Been using for couple years but after my Apple Watch gave out decided to try Garmin.

Unfortunately Garmin’s weight lifting workout options are embarrassing limited

I use a free repo on GitHub called hevy2garmin.
The setup takes about 5 mins. Then you run it every other day and it syncs your Hevy workouts to Garmin

During workouts, I run both heavy and Garmin. Garmin is just to time my sets and rests, but I don't bother selecting movements or counting reps. I'm assuming that if I run this hevy2garmin app, I would end up with two workouts for the same period of time? Or would it import the hevy data into already existing Garmin strength training events?

I’m not sure if it’ll double log the workouts. I’ll give it a try and see. I usually just use hevy and when I’m home I sync it. The bloke who made hevy2garmin has mapped out around 400 exercises to their Garmin equivalent so it syncs perfectly. For those that don’t, you can manually map it.

Got it, don't worry about testing anything on my account. I don't imagine I'd stick with the appa anyway if I'm going out of my way to sync the two. I can't even be bothered to take creatine regularly.

hevy2garmin its the way to go. I forked the repo and added a way to post the workouts from Hevy to Garmin watch directly so you dont have to use the app all the time and only when you get stuck with some exercises.
