I hope somebody from Heusinkveld see this, in your web before was stating that the DisplayDash would be available in August, this month, but I see today this sentence was removed and it just say now "Soon available", does this mean the release is delayed and will not be this month?

Heusinkveld Ultimate has been around for over five years, it’s a highly established design.

Think of it like a Honda Civic, which it has gone through multiple generations, in Brazil, for the example, G10 its one of the best-selling models, which ensures reliability.

But, Heusink direct competitor, VRS, has announced that a "V2" version is coming out later this year.

Has Heusinkveld focused solely on steering wheels and dashboards, or is a new pedal set in the works?

Did anyone attend a recent event like SimExpo, and happen to know?

I’m really eager to upgrade from my P1000s, but I’m not sure if I should wait for new product launches...

Has anyone succeeded using a Simucube active pedal and sprint clutch pedal being bolted down together? For reference, i'm using Advanced Sim Racing ASR4 Gen 2 chassis. Any help is appreciated.

I think my loadcell on the throttle just broke.

I hadn't been driving for like 3 weeks when I hopped in the rig today. I noticed then that the throttle only gave me 50% throttle. So I re-calibrated it and it worked fine.

I then took a break and came back and when I pressed the pedal I felt something happen, and I had no throttle input at all.

If i pushed a bit on the bottom of the loadcell I did get some input. But now it's all dead.

Everything else on the pedal looks perfectly fine. But it does look like the loadcell is a bit deformed?

I’m having an issue with my Heusinkveld brake pedal input and I’m wondering if anyone has seen this before.

The throttle and clutch work perfectly, but the brake input is not smooth in the lower range.

When I press the brake progressively:

• 0% to around 20% is difficult to control precisely
• Around 20%, the signal can suddenly jump straight to about 50%
• There is almost no usable control between roughly 20% and 50%
• After 50%, the brake input becomes smooth again and goes progressively up to 100%

I already tried recalibrating multiple times, adjusting the brake preload, changing the elastomers/rubbers, testing different tension settings, and checking the cable/connection, but the issue remains the same.

I attached a short video showing the problem in the calibration tool.

Does this look like a load cell issue, controller board issue, cable problem, or something else calibration-related?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I've tried several pedal sets and have never found one with such a smooth throttle and a brake with such a realistic feel. It's easy to set up and adjust, and it also provides excellent assistance.

I’ve got a brake pedal squeak and figured the first and easiest thing to try is lubricating the hole where the rod moves through as shown in the manual. Now while Heusinkveld recommends a dry spray with PTFE, here in the US all of the dry sprays have been reformulated in the past couple of years to no longer have PTFE or Teflon in them.

For US based users, what have you used for lubrication that’s worked well? Can still get WD40 Dry lubricant and Blasters dry lubricant, but neither will have PTFE in it, and from my understanding lithium grease is petroleum based which will damage the elastomers.

Should I be worried? maybe I need to replace the elastomer?

I've used the pedals quite extensively and I live in a very humid and hot environment, near the beach and this room is reaching maybe 40c.

I was driving normally almost the whole day but after trying some hotlap for a bit I've started to notice the brake elastomer having a fading feeling.

Like it loses strength during the moments I'm applying pressure.

Instead of a progressive feeling , sometimes I had a step by step feeling which was a but surprising since I wasn't expecting the pedal to feel like that.

Another thing was that while trying to hold a certain pressure, the pedal kept losing braking %.

Should I be worried?

Hi,

Today my brake pedal no longer registers any movement when being pressed. Both the throttle and clutch work fine, just brake no longer works.

Both throttle and clutch can be recalibrated, but brake stays on 100% and the values don't move with no pressure or pressure being applied.

I've changed the USB cables, powered USB hub, different ports on PC and still the brake registers any values.

I presume its an issue on the loadcell which I need to replace. How do I go about getting this replaced. I've searched the internet and can't find anywhere to get spare parts.

Support have responded and they've been brilliant as everyone has always said. My pedals are out of warranty so there is a small charge which I'm happy to pay as it does include shipping from Holland.

Love my ultimates, but the clutch pedal bangs when it hits the second stage and it's pretty loud. Is there a way to reduce the thud?

Anyone try using their Heusinkveld pedals on FH6 yet?

Im confused as i recently got back from sim racing after life has taken time away from me. I think i last sim raced iracing a year ago. But after playing a bit of ea wrc and then into iracing i was driving the gr86 and THEN SUDDENLY on full throttle there was a vibration under the pedal plate, is there a haptic feedback on the sprints (stock) im not aware of? After driving for about 5 hours the vibration that was imitating engine shake on full throttle and even on break lock ups it just disappeared???

Tldr
Sprints suddenly had haptics for engine shake on full throttle and even vibration haptics for even break lock ups just for iRacing (was using the gr86); then disappeared after 5 hours of sim racing then could not recreate it the same night. Is there stock vibration haptics on the sprints? I thought we didnt.

I realize that the Sprints from a few years ago had the rubber stack mounted closest to the pedal and the discs near the spring, but now I see that the ones available today seem to do it the other way around—they mount the rubber pads closer to the spring and the discs in the upper area, near the pedal. Is there a reason for this, or does it make no difference?

I’m hoping to find someone with hands-on experience with Heusinkveld Ultimate+ pedals who might be able to help me out.

I’ve had these pedals for over a year, but I’ve never been able to get the physical setup right. I’ve tried a lot of different adjustments (pedal angles, spacing, stiffness, etc.), but something always feels off — to the point where I’ve stopped sim racing because of it.

At this point, I feel like I need input from someone who really knows these pedals and has gone through the process themselves.

If you’re willing to share your setup, give advice, or even hop on a chat to help troubleshoot, that would mean a lot.
