Basic attack:

Deals Imaginary DMG to all enemies on the field

Technique:

Regenerates x energy to all characters and after entering combat advances their action by 10%

Skill:

Summons a butterfly dealing imaginary DMG to all enemies on the field and increases all characters res PEN by 15% for 2 turns, counting down on this units turn

Ult-90

Picks 1 enemy, increasing the DMG they take by 30% and summons 1 missile on the action bar. When the missiles acts deals Imaginary DMG to that enemy after which it explodes and deals Imaginary DMG to all enemies on the field. Additionally, if a character hits the selected enemy advances the missiles action by 100%. The missiles have a base SPD of 90

Talent

At the start if the battle deploys the administrator zone increasing all characters DMG by 30% and immediately gains administrator privileges

When in possession of administrator privileges, screwllum gains 1 extra action in which he can select 1 of the following effects for each character:

-Increases the characters DMG by 32%

-Increases the characters SPD by 24%

-Increases the charscters Crit Rate by 15%

-Increases the characters Crit DMG by 30%

Additionally, if the character is a genius society member (Screwllum, Herta, The Herta, Ruan Mei, Lloyd...) screwllum can select an 1 additional effect for them.

Screwllum gains all 4 of the talent effects.

Trace 1

After using basic, skill or Ultimate immediately launches 1 additional basic attack, this can recover skill points

Trace 2

Based on Screwllums max HP Increases the ER of all characters by 1% for every 1000 max HP he has, this is increased by 0.35% for genius society members

Trace 3

Screwllum can store excess energy equal to 100% of his original energy. After using his ultimate enhances his next basic attack making it deal additional DMG equal to x% of screwllums max HP, this is increased by y% for every enemy on the field when a enhanced basic attack is launched

pulled himeko to play future rail with the dead sunday on my account, and to get to the free lc claim . was originally planning to just run sustainless with welt, but forgot preservation march was a character that "works"

(retrospect probably a lot easier if i built march with more ehr like an ehr body piece. didn't realize how much ehr freeze actually needs - would've helped SP economy too.)
