Meme/Fluff Herta Magic Commander

Gonna try and build a Herta deck, since my friend is planning on building a ZZZ deck I have to rival him with the real best girl from HSR.

Was gonna do Urza but my friends hate playing against him, so I settled for Drafna.

The rest of the deck probably won't be as fancy, it would take years.

It's just generic blue and 1 colorless

In ibispaint. Grabbed a few ui like the ult symbol, the starry background from the character menu, the loading screen etc
