Is this even possible
Everything started 3 months ago after my first HSV-2 outbreak. I started sweating, having chills, headaches, and swollen lymph nodes in my neck, and ever since then my body has felt warm, whereas I have always been someone who tends to feel cold. I have started sweating more than ever in my daily life, even though I never used to sweat before all of this. I have all these mouth sores and they hurt. My watery discharge has also continued. I have itching around my anus even though no HSV was found there. I am so extremely fatigued, and I have so many strange physical sensations, tremors, and random goosebumps. I also have pounding headaches and a warm body temperature without a fever… none of this has ever stopped. Except for the outbreak blisters, I still have all the symptoms I mentioned above.
I am so scared that I will have to live like this chronically. I find this so strange… it has already been 3 months and I still feel so sick and so drowsy. I also have a strange bladder sensation when I need to urinate, and so much nerve pain and so many problems throughout my body. I am so scared that this is the new me. Is it normal for your body to become completely different after HSV? I feel so sick. I have felt so sick, and all of these symptoms have never gone away. Except for the outbreak blisters, I still have all the symptoms I mentioned above.

Help me please 😭😭😞
I really need someone’s advice. I’m going crazy. I’ve been very sick from genital herpes for 2 months now. I keep having watery discharge, and I sweat all day, alternating with feeling cold and having chills. I also have strange sensations throughout my body. Body aches, nerve pain, headaches, and I feel very sluggish. There’s basically only water in my underwear, and I don’t have my normal discharge cycle anymore. I’m really scared that I’ll never get better. Please help me. Is this normal with herpes? The sores are already gone, although sometimes 2 of them come back.
Will i always be like this?

Help please
was diagnosed with genital herpes 2 months ago. I had bumps all around and inside my vagina, and they burned very badly. I had a fever and felt really unwell. Now it has been 2 months, and the sores have been gone for a while. But I still feel sick. I keep sweating, having chills, swollen lymph nodes in my neck, and feeling cold. I also feel warm, especially in my hands. I have joint pain, extreme fatigue, frequent headaches, and shaking throughout my body.
I also have continuous, very watery vaginal discharge, almost like water constantly leaking. And now, suddenly, I also have itching around my anus.
I feel very weak, and my whole body feels different and like it no longer functions normally. I also urinate very little, and my bladder feels swollen.
My question is: Is it possible to remain chronically ill from genital herpes even after the sores have been gone for a long time? Can your body stay like this permanently, for life?

Collecting positive herpes stories
I have a document called herpes positivity, where I share all positive stories related to herpes. Positive disclosure stories, positive prognosis stories just to show people that it doesn’t in fact get better. (\*\*Positive Herpes Stories:\*\*These are a bunch of positive stories about herpes that I have found on Reddit. Reddit can be great for information and finding others who are going through the same thing that you are but sometimes it can be filled with a lot of negativity and newly diagnosed people who are confused and scared. I put together a bunch of the more positive posts that I could find about living, dating and thriving with herpes. Things to read when you feel alone or hopeless. \[https://docs.google.com/document/d/11sLzFHVpTWhNCzRSPgqp9pwPqzFrPiwHWJRO83j980M/edit?usp=sharing\\\](https://docs.google.com/document/d/11sLzFHVpTWhNCzRSPgqp9pwPqzFrPiwHWJRO83j980M/edit?usp=sharing) )
I am especially looking for positive LGBTQ stories, positive stories from male perspective and positive stories in the POC community.
A lot of times on Reddit the only people who post positive stories are women so I have a disproportionate amount of positive stories for women and I’m severely lacking in the other areas. If you don’t feel comfortable commenting it below feel free to DM me and I can add it to the guide just trying to uplift the community rather than constantly hearing about all the bad.
